Shuttle service to downtown was super convenient and saved us from parking issues. Room could hear noise from neighbors, which was pretty annoying at night.

The shuttle service to downtown is a fantastic perk. Parking is inconvenient and far from the entrance. Breakfast has decent options but could be better. it's close to the Blue Ridge Parkway for easy access to skiing adventures.

Just a nice choice for a quick stopover in Asheville with very good value for money. Breakfast was pretty good.

The shuttle service is really handy for downtown trips. The courtyard with the fire pit screams cozy vibes, and the lobby is spacious enough for a breakfast gathering without feeling cramped.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

I appreciated the friendly staff and clean, updated rooms with mountain views. The shuttle service to downtown Asheville was a huge plus. Breakfast offered a variety of options, and I enjoyed the evening cookies. Minor maintenance issues were present, but overall, a pleasant experience.

Good location, perfect for exploring the area. We had a spacious corner room, and the property is impressively clean for being just eight years old. Breakfast options exceeded expectations, featuring fresh fruit and real dishes—a welcome alternative to styrofoam. Staff interactions varied; some were helpful while others seemed indifferent when we sought assistance. Check-in was a hassle, confusing names under their system. The elevator needs work; we opted for the stairs after one bumpy ride. Parking is limited, and the hot water issue was frustrating but beyond their control. Despite some drawbacks, I would return. The positives certainly outweigh the negatives.

The room size was phenomenal, providing plenty of space to move around. The bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Temperature control was efficient, allowing for a cozy environment. the carpet had several stains, which detracted from the overall fresh feel. The bathroom layout was awkward, with a heavy door that sometimes obstructed access. The shower's half glass panel felt a bit odd, as it lacked a curtain, leading to minor splash issues. Despite these quirks, the quality of the provided toiletries was a pleasant surprise, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service to nearby attractions which was super convenient.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth the price.

I really enjoyed how the hotel was just a short drive to all the local attractions, with the River Arts District and Asheville Pinball Museum less than 3 kilometers away, plus you can find some excellent eateries just a few steps away like Green Sage Cafe and Overlook Restaurant; the hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle downtown which made it super easy to explore without worrying about parking. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, but the elevator could use some upgrades.

Then we hit up the comedy shows nearby and LOL, ed all night long. The fire pit vibes at the hotel were lit!
Needs a rockin' rooftop bar or club for cool teen hangouts.

Explored the Biltmore, saw stunning views of Blue Ridge Mountains, and enjoyed a quaint meeting room. Asheville Regional Airport nearby was convenient. The hotel was close to local shops and had a must-visit farmers market. Outdoor activities on the French Broad River were thrilling.
Staying in a room without a working toilet was such a delight.

Clean room, pleasant atmosphere with comfortable bedding and a relaxing fire pit area where we enjoyed winding down in the evening.
Can’t fault anything about it.

The swimming pool's perfect temperature was a highlight, but I did pull out long strands of hair a few times—definitely a turn-off. Breakfast options were impressive, especially for my gluten-free, vegetarian daughter, who had plenty to choose from. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely updated, though I encountered a few maintenance issues, like a bedside lamp that fell apart. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the shuttle to downtown was a pleasant surprise. The charming breakfast area made for a warm morning vibe, but that toaster needs an upgrade!

The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home! I loved the hot breakfast—so tasty and free; it's a must-try! Relaxing by the fire pit at night was the perfect end to my day.

I had a pretty frustrating experience when the toilet in our room was broken. The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive, insisting they couldn’t offer a different room. It turned a simple overnight stay into a total hassle.

We had a delightful time exploring the grandeur of Biltmore Estate with its stunning mansion, charming gardens, and delightful winery just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The tours were engaging, and the whole family enjoyed the experience immensely.
My children yearned for a kids' play area on the property.

we were disappointed to find that the heating in our room was not very effective, and we had trouble getting the room to a comfortable temperature. The lack of air conditioning was a downside, especially during warmer nights when the room felt stuffy. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage in the morning. I did notice a sitting area in the room, which was a nice spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The garden furniture outside was a pleasant surprise, providing a peaceful place to enjoy the fresh air. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and I appreciated the effort to keep the bathroom stocked with essentials. I did notice some stains on the furniture in the suite, which made me feel a bit uneasy about using it. The room itself felt slightly outdated in terms of decor and furniture, but the bathroom was more modern and clean. I did find some small stains on one of the bath towels, which was a bit disappointing. The housekeeping service was efficient, and the room was kept clean throughout our stay. I also appreciated the laundry service available, as it allowed us to freshen up our clothes. The free shuttle service to downtown was convenient, although the location of the hotel was not the most ideal. It was a bit tricky to navigate to the hotel from certain directions, which could be frustrating if you needed to make a quick trip back. our stay at Country Inn and Suites had its ups and downs.

The welcoming staff made us feel at ease from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Parking was sketchy with questionable individuals hanging around. The room had maintenance issues like a faulty deadbolt and a shaky elevator.

I had a mix-up with my reservation, but the hotel honored it and gave me a comparable room at the same price. The accommodations were great, and the staff was friendly. I’ll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel for a wedding weekend was absolutely wonderful! The spacious King suite was perfect for our group of friends, with a comfortable king bed for us and a cozy pullout couch for the little ones. We were pleasantly surprised to find clean, modern amenities in the room, including a walk-in glass shower and plenty of outlets for charging our devices. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and the Biltmore Mansion. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was delicious. The free shuttle service and affordable taxi rides made getting around a breeze. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and exercise room. our experience was excellent - we couldn't have asked for more!
com, but given our circumstances as hurricane evacuees, we were willing to pay for the convenience and comfort.

we stayed at country inn & suites and had a fantastic experience. the free shuttle to downtown and the river arts district was super convenient. the staff was incredibly helpful with everything and the room was spacious and comfortable. there's a cvs, grocery store, and great mexican restaurant within walking distance. in addition, the fitness center and pool were also great.
Nothing for me! 😊
